U16 and U19 Teams Bring Home the Double!- Pics

On Thursday, our U16 and U19 basketball teams achieved the double!
Our U16s defeated Moate Community School in a thrilling game to become Regional Champions. Our U19s went into their Regional Final as underdogs against Cross & Passion College, Kilcullen, having been beaten by them in the group stage. It was a fast, exciting game from start to finish and an excellent team performance secured the win.
Huge credit to coaches Ms. Staunton and our past pupil, Annie Digan, for their work with both teams.
We are extremely proud of the girls. Winning the double is a huge achievement for any school. Clonaslee College may be small, but our students are mighty!
