Hard Luck to our 1st and 2nd Year Boys!

Our 1st and 2nd year footballers were in action today in the South Leinster Final against Castlecomer. Unfortunately, it wasn’t our day, but the lads played an excellent game and put in a great effort 

Their Year Head, Ms Caplice, was very proud as she led a group of supporters to Heywood to cheer the team on. Reaching a South Leinster Final is a huge achievement, especially for a panel of 1st and 2nd years who have only been playing together since September.

Our coaches Mr Madden and Mr Heffernan were very impressed with the players’ work ethic and teamwork , as well as their engagement with the panel throughout the year.

Fair play to a great team who represented their school with pride.
