Our TYs were lucky enough to get a visit from the Irish Defence Forces last week. Mr Cotter had already put our students through the initial psychometric screening to identify those who might be suited to life as a cadet, so they were eager to hear more about the reality of life in the army.
Students got to learn about day-to-day training, career opportunities, and even got a close look at some of the equipment. It was an interactive and engaging talk which our students really enjoyed.
A big thanks to the Irish Defence Forces for visiting and speaking so passionately about their career path.
