Wellbeing is present when a student realises their potential, is resilient in dealing with the normal stresses of life, takes care of their physical wellbeing and has a sense of purpose, connection and belonging to a wider community.

‘When you master your mind you master your life’.

Our wellbeing classes along with SPHE,CSPE and PE at Clonaslee college include suggested material from John Doran’s Ways to Well being programme...By guiding and supporting our students' emotional needs we equip them with the necessary tools and techniques needed to cope with life’s ups and downs.
