Dear Parents/Guardians,
We are at the end of another school year and wish your son/daughter have an enjoyable Summer break. Before the year has officially concluded, we would like to inform you that after this weekend, we will no longer be using VSWare. Instead, we are moving to Tyro. This change is happening across all LOETB schools. We also acknowledge that the timing of this change is not ideal but it is out of our control.
Access to VsWare will cease on Sunday 31st of May. The link to VsWare in the Clonaslee College app will change to TYRO on Tuesday 2nd of June. TYRO will be where Summer assessment and previous assessment results will be accessed from the 2nd of June (all pre-existing data will be transferred from VsWare to TYRO)
Tomorrow, you will get a “Welcome to TYRO” email. In this Tyro email invitation, click the first link “click her to sign up”. This will allow you to create a password for TYRO. There is no need download the Tyro App because access to TYRO will be available through the Clonaslee College app. The Clonaslee College app will continue to be the primary point of engagement with the school such as new, absence notes etc.
If you do not receive an email invitation from Tyro, please first check your Junk/Spam folder. Alternatively, you can verify your correct email address by contacting us through the Clonaslee College app or at info@clonasleecollege.ie. When doing so, please include your son or daughter’s full name for our reference.
The Clonaslee College App will continue to be used for submitting Permission to Leave, Late, and Absent Notes, news, notifications, and important updates. Tyro can be accessed through the Clonaslee College app – for timetables, assessments, your son or daughter’s profile.
