Our students proudly represented the school at the recent All Stars Inter-School Sports Day, a fantastic event that captured the spirit and ethos of the ETB. With pride and enthusiasm, they joined students from other schools in a day filled with fun, participation, and inclusive sporting activities.
Throughout the day, students took part in a wide range of events including the 600-meter sprint, egg and spoon race, penalty shootouts, long jump, and even had the opportunity to try out archery. Each activity was designed to be inclusive and accessible, ensuring that all students could participate, regardless of ability or experience.
In addition to the physical events, our students also showcased their creativity by submitting artwork to the Art Exhibition, which focused on the theme ‘Inclusivity in Sport.’ Their artwork highlighted the importance of ensuring that everyone feels welcome and valued in sports, both on and off the field.
The All Stars initiative has run across four sessions, with each one dedicated to promoting inclusion, participation, and enjoyment in sport. Students had a fantastic experience throughout and came away with great memories, new friendships, and a deeper appreciation for inclusive physical activity.
A big well done to all students who participated, and sincere thanks to everyone involved in organising these meaningful events. We’re already looking forward to taking part again next year and continuing to represent our school with pride!
