What a fantastic day we had Wednesday at our TY Christmas Market!
We’d like to take this opportunity to thank all the parents, family members and neighbours who called in to support our Enterprise students. There was a brilliant range of products on display including kindling, bootholders, mini perfumes, Christmas decorations, essential on-the-go care packs, delicious cookies and treats.
None of this would have been possible without Ms Wilson, who has put an incredible amount of time and energy into getting students “market ready.” Our students also really benefitted from working with Rosie Dunne from the Student Enterprise Programme, gaining great insight as they developed their ideas and prepared for the big day.
It was brilliant to see so many students had discovered new strengths, from innovative product design, to creating beautiful business cards, to having the gift of the gab and giving even the best salesperson a run for their money.
The day was a huge success, and we are grateful for the support and encouragement from the whole school community. Thank you to Jack in 5th Year, who helped to capture the event. Check out our video on our school Instagram here
