LCAs Impress in Examiner Interviews!

Our LCA 2 students were assessed on two important tasks this week. For their Practical Achievement Task students took on a wide range of projects including language, gym and computer courses. Others revamped a living room floor, a car trailer and some created wall mounted pieces of art work and even a wind vein.

For their Hotel, Catering and Tourism Vocational Preparation Task, students had to produce and market a product that could be sold in the Irish tourist industry. Our students got to work creating their own tasty homemade jams, designing their own packaging and labels, and documenting the whole process in a detailed project booklet to present to the examiner.

Both examiners from the State Exams Commission were really impressed with the practical work and reporting booklets completed by all students. Thanks to Ms Cleare and Mr Madden for guiding our students through both tasks. We are very proud of our LCA2 students!
