Some of our 1st Year History students got a taste of the work of an archaeologist recently as they carried out their very own cookie excavations
Students had to carefully extract their “finds” (chocolate chips) without damaging the “archaeological site” (their cookie).
After all that patience and concentration, a few well-deserved treats were enjoyed.
