Our Senior Art students visited Dublin city centre this week for a fascinating Alternative Dublin tour of the city’s street art. Liam, our guide, was incredibly engaging as he led students through some of Dublin’s most memorable and striking pieces, including the impressive mural at Blooms Hotel in Temple Bar.
After the tour, students made their way to the Gate Theatre to see Poor by Katriona O’Sullivan. The play offered a powerful look at the impact of poverty and the need for hope in all our lives.
Our students had a fantastic day out, thanks to Ms. Harkin for organising and Mr. Callaghan for accompanying the trip.
