Successful Station Teaching in Maths

Last week, Ms Caplice’s Second Year Maths class revised triangle constructions through a station-style method of teaching, with the assistance of Ms. Cleare. Students moved around the room completing different construction tasks. Each station had clear step-by-step instructions followed by a challenge question. The class was fully engaged from start to finish (as Ms Caplice assures us is the case with all Maths lessons!) and the time absolutely flew by. It’s great to see students putting in such solid preparation in class as we head towards the Christmas exams.
