Clean Up Laois!

To coincide with Clean Up Laois Week, organised by Laois County Council, Ms Dunne and her Transition Year students have been working with our local Tidy Towns as part of their Community Engagement module.

The students have already been out actively collecting litter in the area contributing to the ongoing efforts to keep the village clean. Building on the great work consistently carried out by the Tidy Towns group, they are now planning further improvements to prepare the village for the summer months. This will include weeding, edging, and general maintenance. A huge thanks to Patrick Blake from Clonaslee Tidy Towns who has been working alongside Ms Dunne and helping us play our part in making the village look its very best!
